How to put a lesson plan together using a block plan. We will discuss how you can take the ideas you have and incorporate them into each learning area.

We will examine and discuss the physical, socio-emotional, cognitive and spiritual development of children from birth through their early years.

How to make a story more exciting and real to children. We examine the steps you may take to prepare using the sandwich as a model.

What is documentation? We will examine how you can use it to help in your teaching and in effectively communicating the importance of classroom events to others.

SCIENCE AND SENSORY DISCOVERY TIME
Bring home to the child’s mind the discovery of God’s wondrous creation that is all around. We will relate activities and units that are sensory and hands-on.

A MINISTRY TO INFANTS AND TODDLERS
Are you involved or considering working with the very young? Are you wondering what you can do? We will discuss what infants and toddlers do learn and what activities you can do with them that are effective.

We will examine how centers can be incorporated into the learning environment. How, when, where etc. whatever your environment, from weekday center programs, home care, to church service schedules.

FINDING NEEDED TEACHER RESOURCES
How to take the resources available to you, in your country, and use them for teaching materials. Taking inventory of what is available at no cost or inexpensively wherever you are in the world.

NURTURING CHILDREN, A Child Development Course
A course that covers each area concerning the care of the young child. A Biblical perspective and basis is used accompanied by a text and other literature and media.
