His Tender Care was begun in 1997 to see the truth of God’s Word established in the lives of those persons ministering to young children. Operating from a Christian paradigm our vision is to minister to children and those who are working with children from birth to age eight. We purpose to walk alongside and encourage, teach, train and disciple those who have purposed in their heart to fulfill God’s call in their life.
I have worked in Early Education and Childcare for over 35 years, in a variety of settings, in a variety of positions. Currently I am the coordinator and write curriculum for the children ages 4-8 at a local inner-city ministry and also serve our Church and Sunday School Early Ed. Dept. in the same capacity. I am helping another Church to elevate their nursery ministry from babysitting to Biblical ministry. I have worked with a variety of Christian Service and Educational Organizations involved in Early Education and Childcare Ministry in the United States and abroad.
His Tender Care purposes to provide the following services to any group, ministry, childcare provider, school, family or board having or working with children ages birth to age 8:
Assistance in the establishment of appropriate practices
Conflict resolution
Consulting
Curriculum and program planning and development
Encouragement
Instruction and Training
Observation, of children &/or staff; groups or individuals
Parent Meetings
Policies and Procedures
Prayer Intervention
Space and building planning
Staff Development
Workshops
