On Sunday June 3rd I was so excited and blessed. Today has been an amazing day, as a dream goal and a prayer was answered. A month ago I gave my leadership team (this consists of children second grade thru high school) the Holy Ghost Learning Centers for preschoolers and told them to read and pray and see if they were to teach one of these and if so which one. Today a second grader and a forth grader taught. I was amazed as they told me how they had prayed, planned, and prepared. As the second grader delivered a lesson on the world missions center, using Mexico as a focus, the forth grader delivered the lesson on healing. I was totally WOWED. This is the time to not only have the children experience teaching and learning via adults, but also from each other. The centers are described in the book REDEFINING CHILDREN'S MINISTRY IN THE 21st CENTURY by BECKY FISCHER. You can also get the curriculum: PRESCHOOLERS IN HIS PRESENCE from Kids in Ministry International I have taught preschoolers for years and I am so thankful for this resource. Here is some more info about this ministry. Our mission is to redefine children's ministry in the 21st century and raise up a generation that are passionate followers of Jesus. Please Note: We have a special FB Group called "KIMI PowerClubs" for children's ministers! Please join us! Description Kids in Ministry International (KIMI) is a unique, apostolic, prophetic ministry focused on equipping and training a generation of boys and girls to walk in the supernatural power of God. We focus and base our ministry on three core values: 1. Teaching children the meat of God's word instead of focusing on Bible stories 2. Hands on equipping to hear God's voice, heal the sick, minister prophetically, cast out devils and raise the dead 3. Creating regular opportunities for children to encounter the presence of God in their children's services.
